Owners Corporation Manager - Melbourne's South East

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Join a forward-focused firm, established with a clear mission: to provide owners corporation management services focused on customer service excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Manage a portfolio of around 800 lots over 70-80 properties
  • Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporations, committees, lot owners, and other key stakeholders where appropriate
  • Develop, prepare and maintain budgets for individual Owners Corporations and provide reports, including annual reports if required
  • Prepare written agendas, reports, minutes, special notices, postal ballots etc across the portfolio
  • Convene, support and chair Annual General Meetings, Inaugural General Meetings and special meetings as required
  • Looking after insurance matters
  • Corresponding with key stakeholders such as owners, contractors, and other 3rd parties

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Owners Corporation management
  • Have a strong eye for detail
  • Strong typing skills and verbal communication
  • Highly organised & a strong ability to multitask
