Overview

Be among the first 25 applicants for this role at our Darra site. You will help ensure the daily flow of work through the department to enable distribution targets to be met. You will work with our customer to ensure their orders are processed, received and dispatched in a timely manner, and you will contribute to a high-performing team delivering distribution efficiency and service performance.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all picking and packing orders are processed and the delivery paperwork is correct for the couriers
  • Coordinate with transport carriers to meet agreed delivery timeslots with customers
  • Review goods return processes and identify areas to streamline the process
  • Respond to customer enquiries related to returns, availability or delivery of products
  • Identify and implement process improvements for the warehouse management system and improve stock documentation
  • Contact customers to confirm deliveries can be made if dates change
  • Report on rush orders and costs and arrange quotes on transport costs for customers
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Good interpersonal skills to build relationships and work in a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Experience with SAP would be advantageous
  • Understanding of dangerous goods regulations
  • Background in transportation would be advantageous
