Your Impact

As the Distribution Development Manager for AIA , you'll champion the success of CBA Group-assisted distribution channels , including the CSN and CSL Networks . Your mission: to safeguard and improve customer financial wellness through strategic collaboration and leadership.

About the Team

You'll be part of the Insurance and Retail Advice team , responsible for the strategy, operations, and distribution of the Bank's wealth products. We're a vibrant, collaborative group committed to protecting and enhancing the financial wellbeing of our customers. This role covers the regions of Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory .

What You'll Do

  • Cultivate strong partnerships with distribution channels through expert relationship management and influence.
  • Co-develop and execute 90-day strategic plans with key stakeholders to drive exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Coach and support frontline leaders, Branch Managers, Team Leaders, Lenders, and service teams.
  • Lead the execution of joint business plans with AIA and customer-facing teams.
  • Ensure all activities align with agreed Risk and Compliance frameworks .

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in Financial Services , ideally with solid knowledge of insurance and advice .
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A commitment to quality practices within the Group's risk and compliance framework.
  • Empathy, active listening, and the ability to balance stakeholder needs with business goals. Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel interstate as required.
  • Highly desirable : Familiarity with CBA's CSL and CSN retail networks .
