Schmick is the industry leader in Scratch & Dent Memberships, proudly servicing over 300,000 active members and completing more than 50,000 repairs annually. With our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our WA team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual with a strong background in sales. Your expertise in the automotive dealer space and professional presentation skills will be essential as you engage with various stakeholders, including Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, Business Managers, and Car Care Consultants.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience.

This position is open to Australian citizens only.

This role is primarily field based, with occasional work from our office in Osborne Park. Excellent time management and self-motivation are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-standing client relationships, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Issue Resolution: Promptly follow up and resolve any concerns or operational issues.

Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

Product Training: Conduct product training sessions in dealerships.

Support and Training: Provide support and training to Business Managers and Car Care Consultants.
