YOUR ROLE
As the Office Manager, you'll play a dual role — managing both day-to-day office operations and leading a team of Customer Service Representatives.
You'll ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams, manage escalations professionally, and continuously improve internal processes.
You'll be the go-to person for ensuring the office runs efficiently while also helping the business deliver on service standards and customer experience goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and develop the Customer Service/Office team
Oversee office coordination and workflow improvements
Manage escalated enquiries and ensure timely resolution
Maintain service standards and reporting across systems
Drive cross-departmental collaboration (Sales, Ops, Warehouse)
Champion process improvement and team performance
ABOUT YOU
You're an organised and approachable leader with a background in office or customer service team management.
You're comfortable juggling multiple priorities, love creating smoother processes, and bring a calm, professional presence to the team.
You're confident with systems, reporting, and motivating people — and you're passionate about both great service and a well-run office.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Experience managing an office or customer service team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Confidence managing team performance and training needs
A hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail
