Are you a seasoned recruiter ready to take on a dynamic challenge in an organisation that makes a difference? We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to manage recruitment across a diverse range of roles, drive process improvement, and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Your new role

  • Recruitment across multiple departments and functions
  • Liaising with hiring managers to navigate complex approvals and workforce planning
  • Creating job advertisements and managing posting platforms
  • Conducting interviews independently and alongside hiring managers
  • Providing candidate recommendations and managing talent pipelines
  • Ensuring recruitment KPIs and reporting benchmarks are consistently met
  • Maintaining high volumes of administrative documentation with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Regular travel to remote locations (small aircraft travel) as required
  • Staying responsive to shifting priorities in a reactive, fast-paced environment
  • Adhering to compliance standards including mandatory police checks

What you'll need to succeed

  • 4+ years recruitment experience (agency and/or internal)
  • High-level communication and written skills
  • Previous experience managing a small team
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment systems
  • Familiarity with job posting platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage administrative complexity
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and supporting managers at every stage of recruitment
  • Valid NT Driving LicenceWhat you need to do now
