About The Role ECTARC is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing high-quality education and training services in early childhood education and care.
We seek a positive communicator to join as a Training and Development Officer, working collaboratively to support students studying early childhood and school-aged education and care qualifications, and delivering professional development programs across NSW.
Essential Criteria Bachelor of Education – Early Childhood (or equivalent) or CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), working towards a degree in early education TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) and enrolled in an upgrade program5 years' experience in Early Childhood Education and Care Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Proven time management, administrative, and computer skills Ability to work weekends as required Ability to travel throughout NSWCurrent full driver's license Desirable Criteria Working towards a degree in early childhood education Experience as a trainer and assessor in the VET sector Qualifications in school-aged education and care Current Working with Children's Check Experience presenting professional development Next Steps Applicants must submit a resume, cover letter addressing the criteria, work referees, certified copies of qualifications, a short video demonstrating training presentation skills (max.
