Job Description

We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, coordinating, and supporting training programs aimed at upskilling our maintenance workforce to maintain high performance, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of training principles and adult learning techniques, as well as leadership capability, experience, and demonstrated capacity to coach others.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • A recognised mechanical qualification, preferably in Heavy Vehicle;
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills;
  • Leadership capability, experience, and demonstrated capacity to coach others;
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
  • Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have unrestricted working rights in Australia;
  • Hold a current Unrestricted Australian drivers licence issued by the relevant State;
