Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Training Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance on accreditation processes, advocating for college policies, and ensuring adherence to accreditation standards.

This role requires strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to achieve work objectives in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to committees and working groups involved in accreditation processes.
  • Delivering training, advice, and support to stakeholders, including training providers, trainees, supervisors, and directors of education.
  • Coordinating administrative functions, including compiling reports, distributing documentation, and organising site visits.
  • Maintaining accurate and transparent communications to ensure stakeholders have access to reliable information.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering professional client and secretariat services, including high-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a professional team.
  • IT capabilities: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and video/teleconferencing platforms.
