We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and detail-oriented Village Services Coordinator to join our Carine Village team on a maximum term contract for an 11-month parental leave cover.
In this dynamic, people-focused role, you'll be the welcoming face and operational support behind a thriving retirement community, helping us deliver the care, connection, and excellence our residents deserve.
You'll champion our customer service ethos while upholding our purpose, vision, and values.
What you'll be doing

Be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors.
Support the Village Manager with day-to-day operations and administration.
Coordinate reception duties, resident communications, and contractor access.
Assist with events, mail distribution, resident onboarding, and safety protocols.
Manage accounts receivable/payable, petty cash, and monthly accruals.

What You'll Bring

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong Microsoft 365 and administrative capabilities.
National Police Clearance & First Aid Certificate (including AED).
Experience in similar roles and a proactive, reliable attitude.
