We are seeking a **Training and Compliance Coordinator**to lead RTO administration and operations.
- Drive quality and continuous improvement systems
- Coordinate and deliver on RTO compliance requirements.
- Creating and Coordination of training calendars, schedules and timetables
- Market and promote the training courses.
- Develop training information and issue of information to prospective learners.
- Undertake compliance activities according to Standards for RTOs (2019)
- Record participation and enter results
- Gather client feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Organize training sessions
- Training qualifications including current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or be willing to get one)
- Compassionate with an ability to listen and relate to students
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong administrative and record keeping skills
- Strong written and verbal communication

**Desirable**
- Qualifications in Education, Business or Management, or substantial experience in a similar role.

- Joondalup, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
