**Coordinator Planning Approvals**
- Salary: $108,505 - $115,479
- Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)
- Plus commute use of a vehicle
- Ref No: 23-084

Working alongside another Coordinator Planning Approvals, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the team and overseeing the implementation of the City’s planning framework. In addition, you will play an integral role in identifying and implementing improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and improve outcomes and service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about planning and positive leadership.

To be considered for this position, please submit your resume and a covering letter (no more than 3 pages each) addressing the following criteria:

- Demonstrated experience in administering and interpreting planning instruments including the _Planning and Development Act 2005_, local planning schemes, Residential Design Codes and local planning policies;
- Highly developed interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills to positively manage stakeholder relationships;
- Extensive experience in negotiating, facilitating and/or delivering development outcomes;
- Highly developed decision-making, analytical, research and design skills;
- Experience in coaching staff and giving feedback in a positive and constructive manner.
