Commercialisation Manager/officer/coordinator

We're a community-managed, not-for-profit organisation leading the way in social prescribing – connecting people to the right mix of supports, services, and community activities that improve health and wellbeing.
Every surplus dollar we generate is reinvested back into services that create a better, stronger, happier, healthier, more connected future.
Since COVID, we've all seen the rise in loneliness, disconnection, and social fragmentation.
This role is a chance to be part of the solution.
It's an opportunity for someone with a commercial healthcare, pharmaceutical, aged care, insurance, or community services background to pivot into meaningful work that strengthens the very communities we live in.
If you've built your expertise in organisations like Astra Zeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Bupa, Medibank, or similar, this is a chance to apply those skills in a different way.
Here, we lead with a social heart and apply a commercial mind so we can scale and grow the services we offer.
It's a different kind of commercial focus — one that is infectiously helpful for the communities we live in.
What you'll be doing
• Developing and optimising pricing models across NDIS, aged care, insurance-funded, and community services.
• Managing contracts with funders, partners, and providers to ensure compliance and value.
• Identifying and implementing new revenue streams such as licensing, partnerships, and service innovations.
• Monitoring performance and providing insights that drive financial sustainability.
• Supporting leadership to ensure services are scalable, compliant, and impactful.
About you
• Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or similar (MBA or postgraduate welcome, but not essential).
• Strong track record in commercial operations, pricing, contract management, or service optimisation.
• Knowledge of healthcare, disability, aged care, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Motivated by community impact, values, and purpose-driven work.
Why join us?
• Salary packaging benefits – increase your take-home pay with NFP tax advantages.
• Work with purpose – apply your commercial skills to improve lives and communities.
• Balance and flexibility – national role with hybrid/remote working options.
• Career with impact – shape how community health services grow, scale, and sustain.
• Supportive culture – collaboration, accountability, respect, and excellence are at the heart of what we do.
Apply now If you're ready to take your commercial skills from healthcare, pharma, insurance, or community services into a role where you'll see the difference you make every day, we'd love to hear from you.
Please send your CV and a short cover letter telling us why you want to use your skills for social good
