- Based in Castle Hill (4 days in the office + 1 day from home)

**The Company**

Our client has built an enviable reputation in the conference, event and exhibition management arena with their extraordinary service, energy, passion and ability to deliver sensational and flawlessly executed experiences for their international and domestic clients.

They are seeking to appoint either an experienced Events Administrator looking to take the next step in their career or an Events Coordinator capable of jumping in and tackling a variety of tasks, who is highly organised and operates with a customer-first mindset.

**The Role**

As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and operational support. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and assist in the coordination and delivery of conferences, events and exhibitions.

**The Person We Are Looking for**
- Has experience supporting a team to successfully deliver Conferences, Events and Exhibitions
- Is a whiz with MS Excel
- Is friendly, and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Has an excellent phone manner and is comfortable liaising with a broad range of clients, vendors and suppliers
- Experience with registration management and website event updates
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
