**The Role**
As a key team member, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Your role will involve managing incoming calls, coordinating logistics and registrations, liaising with vendors and suppliers, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with marketing efforts.

**What We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking someone who:

- Brings client management and administration coordination experience to the table.
- Has supported teams in delivering successful conferences, events, and exhibitions - experience in registration management and website updates is a plus.
- Possesses an excellent phone manner and is confident engaging with a diverse range of clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Is highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail, polished communication, and strong presentation skills.
- Is tech-savvy, particularly with MAC computers.
- Approaches work with a friendly, proactive, can-do attitude that inspires those around them.
