We now have the opportunity for a Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team at the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre on a full-time, permanent basis.

As Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our valued members, enthusiastic coaching students, and diverse customer base. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including managing court hire, enhancing membership engagement, coordinating programs, social leagues, and tournaments, overseeing coaching sessions, supervising the pro-shop, facilitating tours, showcasing merchandise, and ensuring the café operates seamlessly.

About the role

In this role you will:

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence across multiple channels - phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Engage customers through café services and offer expertise in merchandise and apparel sales at our Pro Shop
  • Contribute to administrative functions with a keen eye for detail, ensuring records are well organised and accurately maintained
  • Proactively identify event opportunities while building strong professional networks and relationships
  • Promote team engagement, collaboration, and a vibrant workplace atmosphere

About you

What you will bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • A team player, adept at fostering collaboration and unity within a diverse work environment
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale systems and experience in cash handling
  • Food & Beverage Qualifications are highly regarded
  • An understanding or passion for the sport of tennis is advantageous, reflecting an alignment with our core values and offerings
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekend and late-night shifts
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
