* Manage daily volumes of inbound and outbound orders to ensure timely completion
### Requirements
* Direct or relatable experience supervising a customer service support team
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
* Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
* Intermediate experience in MS Office applications
