Job Title: Customer Service Delivery Supervisor

The Service Delivery Supervisor plays a crucial role in leading a high-performing team of Storepersons at our Kemps Creek NSW site, providing exceptional customer support services to a major telecommunications client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop team members to achieve customer service excellence.
  • Act as a liaison for customer queries, orders, and returns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged, lost, or missing items during transactions.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve damaged stock or return issues, ensuring seamless order settlement.
  • Manage daily order volumes to ensure timely completion, safety, and security.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising customer service teams, preferably in logistics and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with commercial acumen and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
