This position is crucial in supporting our Sales, Contracts, Service delivery, Technical support, and Marketing teams to achieve their KPIs.
We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot and Executive Reporting Specialist to support our C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will have advanced HubSpot skills, exceptional data analysis capabilities, and experience in creating executive-level reports. This role requires a sharp shooter who can manage multiple tasks, provide actionable insights, and communicate effectively with top-level management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Board Planner: Manage the organisation's Team Board Portal for all business units. This includes following up on tasks, actioning overdue tasks, and ensuring the timely deliverables of all tasks within each business unit. Identify opportunities for improvement and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to business units on best practices, new AI tools, and techniques to enhance their performance.
- Operational Policies: Oversee the creation and execution of operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Foster Relationships: Develop strong connections with team members, clients, collaborators, and vendors.
- Support Sales: Support CRO with Tenders and Board Reporting, and Head Commercial with deal reporting and cadence.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role with software startups (mandatory).
- Proficiency in data analysis and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Experience with AI tools and platforms for process optimisation and decision support.
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional service with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
