THE ROLE

  • Co-ordinating a great office experience for the Lumi team and visitors
  • Personal & executive assistant support to the CEO & Deputy CEO including diary management
  • Manage office expenditure budget
  • Event management
  • Co-ordinate and manage relationships with external stakeholders on all aspects of building management
  • Greet office visitors and co-ordinate deliveries
  • Support the arrangement of company travel
  • Office and hardware procurement
  • Provide ad-hoc admin support for teams
  • Expense reconciliation
