This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator, Office Administrator or someone who is interested in the HR/ Change management space, to join the business as a Participant Experience Coordinator.

In this role, you'll provide expert advice to participants and assist with high severity requests. You'll be joining a passionate team of professionals across Account Management, Career Management, Coaching, & Leadership.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to help identify ongoing opportunities within their organisation.
  • Provide expert advice to clients, including recommending a solution that adequately meets the needs of their project/situation and objectives.
  • Attend meetings with other account managers as required.
  • Respond to customer enquiries.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are an advantage.
