In this role, you'll provide expert advice to participants and assist with high severity requests. You'll be joining a passionate team of professionals across Account Management, Career Management, Coaching, & Leadership.About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to help identify ongoing opportunities within their organisation.
- Provide expert advice to clients, including recommending a solution that adequately meets the needs of their project/situation and objectives.
- Attend meetings with other account managers as required.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are an advantage.
