As a Territory Manager at Lincoln Sentry, you'll play a vital role in nurturing relationships with current and potential customers by managing existing business activities and exploring new opportunities in a specified geographical area.

In this sales role focused on the trade sector, you'll be mostly on the road serving our customers in and around Bendigo. You'll collaborate with a seasoned team and supportive colleagues who will help you thrive.

You'll be responsible for a significant territory and customer base eager to collaborate with you. Your ability to handle uncertainty and thrive in a complex environment will be key to succeeding, as well as your self-motivation and capacity to work independently. This is the perfect chance for someone ready to transition from hands-on work to utilizing their trade background in a sales role.

Here's what you'll accomplish:

  • Implementing and carrying out sales strategies and plans
  • Achieving budget and KPI targets for revenue, gross margin, and product & service mix
  • Providing reports on sales and budget performance, along with market, competitor, and trend analysis
  • Engaging with and managing CRM systems
  • Oversight of the entire territory, including costs, sales, new product launches, promotions, and local forecast planning

What we're looking for

  • Desirable experience in B2B sales; relevant industry background is advantageous
  • Strong skills in account management and forming relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and achieve sales targets
  • Flexibility to travel across Melbourne's West and North region
  • Background in managing a regional territory (preferred)
