**Sales Representative**
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to fill a full-time permanent position as a Sales Representative
who will report to our **Echuca** dealership. Create long standing relationships with customers and help them
grow and succeed and be rewarded along the journey.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:

- Representing the Company for the sale of products and services to customers in a defined sales area.

- Participating in trade shows, drive green events and on farm demonstrations and assist with the

preparation and execution of customer events.
- Maintaining current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase

of new and used goods.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and

prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the
organisation’s products and services.
- Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Following a defined sales process and logging all sales activity in CRM.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred.
- Proven previous sales experience within the agricultural, car, truck or real estate industries will be
- considered favourably.- Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative
- sales approach).- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current and valid driver’s licence.

**Purpose**
Sells new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represents the Company for the sale of products and services to customers in a defined sales

area.

- Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly.
- Maintains all customer information for assigned territory in CRM database for sales

management.
- Knows and follows a defined sales process.
- Maintains assigned Company vehicles and equipment as per Company policies.

preparation and execution of customer events.
- Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management.
- Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the

- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective

- Develops clear and effective written quotations and documentation for current and prospective
customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Co-ordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, parts and

service departments.
- Monitors and supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs,

problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.
- May maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for

trading purposes.
