About the role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing transactional support and enquiry management to enable the Student Services Branch to offer its service catalogue to all cohorts at all stages of the customer journey. The customer service representative will support a multi-channel strategy through customer-focused service delivery that maximises enrolment, retention, and completion of TAFE NSW courses and supports the provision of related services to other TAFE NSW customers.

Hours of work
Standard operating hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday), this may change due to operational requirements.

We will gather your preferences during the recruitment process. Hours are also subject to change based on the needs of the business.

About you
To succeed in this role, you'll have prior experience working in a high-volume service sector environment and/or experience delivering customer assistance over a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be well-versed in technology, with knowledge of MS Office, email and digital communications.

You'll be able to collaborate effectively and operate as a team member because you have good verbal and writing communication abilities.
