About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support and enquiry management to enable the Student Services Branch to deliver its service catalogue to all cohorts at all stages of the customer journey.

The successful candidate will support a multi-channel strategy through customer-focused service delivery that maximises enrolment, retention, and completion of TAFE NSW courses and supports the provision of related services to other TAFE NSW customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll have prior experience working in a high-volume service sector environment and/or experience delivering customer assistance over a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

You will be well-versed in technology, with knowledge of MS Office, email, and digital communications.

You'll be able to collaborate effectively and operate as a team member because you have good verbal and writing communication abilities.
