What you will be doing:


An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced administration team member to join the team at the Penrith Community Health Centre on a Full Time Temporary assignment.


In this role you will provide high level confidential administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination, minutes, correspondence, management of records and other duties.


Other duties will include communication of relevant information regarding administrative policies and procedures and the provision of support and supervision, orientation and training to mental health administrative staff as required.

An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.

  • Demonstrated capacity to provide effective and professional administrative support, in confidence and with discretion within a busy and complex office environment.
  • Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to problem solve and use professional judgement.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing and evaluating quality improvement processes for administrative services and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Experience in preparing minutes and agendas with the ability to take minutes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with changing priorities and demands, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks whilst under sustained pressure and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
