This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administration Assistant, providing high-quality administrative support and assistance to our Community Services Manager and other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Services Manager and other team members
  • Assist with rostering, scheduling, and data management
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively over the phone and in person
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements
  • Relevant administration experience in Aged Care or a similar Health-related organisation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
