**Location**:Penrith NSW

Immediate start preferred.

Must have own transport due to the location of our office.

**Working Hours**:Casual/part-time Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.

Please note, the working hours will increase to full time by January (9am to 5pm)

**About us**:
JC Excavations was established in 1999 and provide plant (machinery) hire to Tier 1 companies such as John Holland, CPB and Gamuda - to name a few.

Due to continuous growth, our small close-knit team is needing a self-motivated Accounts Admin Assistant to assist with daily accounts tasks.

**About the role**:

- MYOB
- Accounts Payable/Receivable functions
- Filing/Archiving
- Processing Invoices
- Daily office admin tasks/adhoc

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Proficiency in MYOB
- Previous experience in similar role required
- Team player and self motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Microsoft Office knowledge

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penrith, NSW 2750: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
- MYOB: 5 years (preferred)
- Administration: 5 years (preferred)
