About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Administration Trainee. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of various business functions, including customer service, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in business administration.

Requirements

  • Ability to commit to the completion of required study and work at the same time.
  • Willingness to take on tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in being proactive and taking initiative in the workplace.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Driver's license required for some departments (provisional license satisfactory).
  • Not hold a Certificate III or higher in the field of Business.
