Corin is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office & HR Administrator to join our team in Pymble, Sydney.

This position will play a key role in the smooth running of our office operations and supporting our human resources initiatives.

This part-time role will be office-based on Mondays and Wednesdays with the third day worked open to discussion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Regular monitoring and maintenance of office equipment and supplies, including proactively checking levels, reordering and restocking
  • Creating & tracking of annual facilities budget including regular review of external suppliers including pricing comparison and negotiation to ensure costs are appropriately managed
  • General office support including security pass allocation, participation in ISO27001 audits, supporting office catering and social events
  • Provide administrative support on HRrelated tasks such as employee onboarding & offboarding, recruitment, general staff movements and scheduling interviews
  • Participating in other HR initiatives such as engagement activities, coordinating WHS groups and staff meetings.

Skills and experience:

  • Prior demonstrated experience in an Office and/or HR Administration position within a dynamic environment with competing demands will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Someone who enjoys and works well within a team environment
  • A person who presents a high degree of confidentiality, honesty and integrity
  • Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of WHS procedures and principals preferred, but not essential
