- Regular monitoring and maintenance of office equipment and supplies, including proactively checking levels, reordering and restocking
- Creating & tracking of annual facilities budget including regular review of external suppliers including pricing comparison and negotiation to ensure costs are appropriately managed
- General office support including security pass allocation, participation in ISO27001 audits, supporting office catering and social events
- Provide administrative support on HRrelated tasks such as employee onboarding & offboarding, recruitment, general staff movements and scheduling interviews
- Participating in other HR initiatives such as engagement activities, coordinating WHS groups and staff meetings.
Skills and experience:
- Prior demonstrated experience in an Office and/or HR Administration position within a dynamic environment with competing demands will be highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Someone who enjoys and works well within a team environment
- A person who presents a high degree of confidentiality, honesty and integrity
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of WHS procedures and principals preferred, but not essential
