About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Busways Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that vacancies are filled in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage internal recruitment processes across multiple positions for all depots
  • Maintain the accuracy of all recruitment-based data via the recruitment software (Martian Logic)
  • Assess and process applications based on stipulated criteria
  • Liaise with applicants and hiring managers to ensure timely communication and progress updates
  • Draft and edit advertisements for internal and external websites
  • Assist the team in any area as required and perform associated tasks
  • Achieve Internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage high volumes of calls and communications
Requirements:
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook
  • A strong work ethic and results-oriented attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills to build professional relationships across a diverse workforce
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Very strong attention to detail skills to ensure accurate documentation
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
