Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Busways Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that vacancies are filled in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage internal recruitment processes across multiple positions for all depots
- Maintain the accuracy of all recruitment-based data via the recruitment software (Martian Logic)
- Assess and process applications based on stipulated criteria
- Liaise with applicants and hiring managers to ensure timely communication and progress updates
- Draft and edit advertisements for internal and external websites
- Assist the team in any area as required and perform associated tasks
- Achieve Internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage high volumes of calls and communications
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook
- A strong work ethic and results-oriented attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills to build professional relationships across a diverse workforce
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Very strong attention to detail skills to ensure accurate documentation
- A demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
