Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance department, including legal research, document preparation, and compliance record management.
- Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related matters, including audits, inspections, and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Studying law at an Australian university (fourth year or higher or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in an administration role preferred.
- Keen learner with a proactive attitude and a positive disposition.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high-quality outcomes, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with MS Office and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have working rights in Australia.
- Current Australian driver's license issued by the relevant State.
