About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Administration team as a Customer Service Administrator for our Pymble Swimming Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience within the Aquatic Centre.
  • Support the day-to-day administration of the Pymble Swimming Programs, including general swimming and facility enquiries.
  • Process bookings and payments for customers using dedicated software.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of allocated shifts.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service and administration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills.
  • Engaging and active team player.
  • Experience working autonomously.
  • Current CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
