The Position
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Provide HR advice, coaching and support for all HR areas
- Triage the HR inbox and respond to enquiries
- Prepare employee contracts and contract variations
- Coordinate employee recruitment
- Support and drive effective change management strategies for key HR areas
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the business to drive HR outcomes
- Support and execute the HR plan initiative for retention and talent development
- Produce HR metrics and reporting
- Assist Payroll to ensure employee changes and new starters are set up correctly
- HR experience in a similar role
- HR qualifications
- Demonstrated experience partnering with key stakeholders to drive HR outcomes
- Knowledge of employment legislation and Awards
- Thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
- Proactive, driven and "can do" attitude
