Working closely with the HR team and partnering with the broader business across multiple sites, you will be a highly proactive, experienced HR Officer looking for your next challenge

The Position
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Provide HR advice, coaching and support for all HR areas
  • Triage the HR inbox and respond to enquiries
  • Prepare employee contracts and contract variations
  • Coordinate employee recruitment
  • Support and drive effective change management strategies for key HR areas
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the business to drive HR outcomes
  • Support and execute the HR plan initiative for retention and talent development
  • Produce HR metrics and reporting
  • Assist Payroll to ensure employee changes and new starters are set up correctly
  • HR experience in a similar role
  • HR qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with key stakeholders to drive HR outcomes
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and Awards
  • Thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Proactive, driven and "can do" attitude
