The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administration Officer to join our team at EBR in Sydney. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support across HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee File Management: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment of various roles, including IT development and general operations.
  • HR Systems Management: Maintain HR systems and folders, enter and process data.
  • Administrative Support: Provide HR administrative support to various teams and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • On-boarding and Off-boarding: Direct on-boarding, internal changes, and off-boarding processes, including allowances and sales bonus letters.
  • Personnel Management: Provide solutions to personnel issues and manage internal and external activities.
  • Training and Development: Responsible for training, performance development, and employee relations.

Selection Criteria:

  • At least 3 years' experience in HR or administrative role, preferably in information technology firms.
  • Strong organisational skills, close attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working with stakeholders and internal/external recruiters.
  • Good working knowledge of software packages such as MS Office, Xero, and MYOB.
  • Ability to work independently but also an eager team member.
