Key Responsibilities:
- Employee File Management: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment of various roles, including IT development and general operations.
- HR Systems Management: Maintain HR systems and folders, enter and process data.
- Administrative Support: Provide HR administrative support to various teams and conduct regular performance reviews.
- On-boarding and Off-boarding: Direct on-boarding, internal changes, and off-boarding processes, including allowances and sales bonus letters.
- Personnel Management: Provide solutions to personnel issues and manage internal and external activities.
- Training and Development: Responsible for training, performance development, and employee relations.
Selection Criteria:
- At least 3 years' experience in HR or administrative role, preferably in information technology firms.
- Strong organisational skills, close attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working with stakeholders and internal/external recruiters.
- Good working knowledge of software packages such as MS Office, Xero, and MYOB.
- Ability to work independently but also an eager team member.
