Position Purpose:

Reporting to the General Manager, the National Business Development Lead will be responsible for sourcing new employer partners to host Apprentices and Trainees (A&T), managing relationships with existing employer partners, and fostering stakeholder relationships across their national operations.

Achieve Annual Growth Targets:
Source and onboard new employer partners and expand the existing network of employer partners.

Write tenders and proposals to attract new business opportunities and solutions for industry and governmentIdentify Opportunities:
Recognize industries and regions with potential as part of broader State and National strategic plans

Increase Market Exposure:
Enhance market presence and community awareness of our services to new and existing clients

Strengthen strategic relationships:
Develop and strengthen Government and Industry relationships

Coordinate National Meetings:
Work with the General Manager and State Managers to drive business development objectives, ensuring collaboration, consistent messaging, and cohesion

Oversight of Proposals:
Oversee customized sales proposals and high-level proposals

Compliance:
Ensure the onboarding of new employer partners meets internal compliance standards

Incentive Awareness:
Understand federal and state-level incentives and communicate updates internally

Represent at Industry Events:
Attend relevant industry events nationally to represent the network

Conduct Bi-Annual Meetings:
Hold in-person bi-annual meetings with top employer partners to conduct partnership health checks and contribute to annual reports

Focus on Retention Strategies:
Develop and implement employer partner retention strategies in conjunction with the General Manager.
