This company is going through an exciting growth phase, leveraging their wealth of knowledge and relationships across the pharmacy market. They have a fun, vibrant and fast-paced culture. They are well known for successfully launching iconic products into the ever changing pharmacy retail environment. Their dynamic and adaptable model sets them apart with their ability to connect with their retail pharmacy customers and drive uptake of their products. Their portfolio sits across health and beauty and includes new to market brands and many well known iconic brands. They are in search of a National Business Manager to join their dynamic team and manage national accounts across the country.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key banner and retail groups
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales growth
  • Achieve and exceed KPI's of sales, market share, distribution, volume and profitability of accounts
  • Collaborate with brand partners to develop joint business plans in line with brand and channel strategy
  • Monitor sales performance to provide business updates, data analysis, category insights and recommendations back to brands
  • Conduct business reviews
  • Work closely with the National Field team to ensure that agreed initiatives with key retailers are communicated and delivered

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive key accounts experience within the pharmacy channel
  • Comprehensive understanding of the banner group hierarchy
  • Strong presentation and business review skills
  • Analytical skills and sound business acumen
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Coaching, mentoring qualities and a true team player
