Leadership Facilitator and Development Specialist

We are looking for a Leadership professional who is passionate about facilitation, design, and development of customised programs.

Do you have the following skills, experience, and qualifications.

  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with proven success in engaging and managing various stakeholders, from grassroots to executives, across diverse sectors, such as business, community and government.
  • Strong knowledge and practice of teaching adaptive leadership principles, with demonstrable commitment to the growth of every leader you work with
  • Adept at designing programs and experiences for groupbased leadership development, in various modes and at various scales
  • Highly organised, able to plan, manage and deliver concurrent learning projects on time and to high quality, with poise and grace.
  • Outstanding group facilitation and teaching skills you can bring out the wisdom from a group of people you are facilitating as much as teaching leadership concepts.
Other skills that would be advantageous, yet not essential;

  • Knowledge and skills in Learning Design or Learning Experience
  • Credentials in executive or organisational coaching
  • Credential in Diagnostics
  • Demonstrated skills in various leadership styles

  • Willing to pitch in to make things happen; combining the ability to take the initiative, as well as the ability to motivate, influence and work as part of a small team.
  • Able to think outside the square.
Your key responsibilities will include, (but not limited to)

  • Guide and make creative design and facilitation decisions regarding the programs you create and deliver, informed by efficacy and impact insights.
  • Lead the design, planning, delivery and evaluation of intensive program elements, such as residential retreats, creative events and curated experiences.
  • Design accessible and inclusive programs that empower all participants to fully benefit from the learning experience, recognising the diversity of participants and program cohorts.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure the marketability of LV's suite of programs, including providing design input during scoping of custom programs.
  • Contribute to strategic projects across the organisation as they arise, with the opportunity to take the lead at times.

The role is ideally a fulltime position however other options may be considered.
