About the role:

Join a successful and tight-knit team at our Wetherill Park site. You will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This position would be a suitable opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer/sales experience. This is a full time and permanent role, Monday to Friday.

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through service excellence
  • Process and manage customer orders, quotes, and enquiries facetoface, online, and over the phone
  • Overthecounter sales early morning customer pickups run hot
  • Work alongside the sales team to see ARC excel in the market
  • Creation and maintenance of pricingrelated information
  • Onsite customer visits to develop longterm relationships and a deep understanding of their needs

About your experience:

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and robust administrative skills
  • Experience working alongside customers facetoface and over the phone
  • Skilled in valuebased selling
  • Selfmotivated, driven, and with a positive attitude cup half full
  • Previous experience in the construction/manufacturing industry is not essential hiring manager is focused on the right customer/cultural values you bring to our team
