Project Officer - Program Delivery Team, Temporary full-time opportunity, locations are flexible across NSW with hybrid working
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Officer to join Program Delivery Team within Revenue NSW.

The Program Delivery team in Taxes & Grants are tasked with leading innovative and best practice programs.

The program team work directly with the business to ensure we deliver initiatives of strategic value that improve the experience of our customers and our people.

We work on the big rock opportunities that deliver real value for the people of NSW.

The Program Delivery team are tasked with leading delivery of Better Revenue Outcomes.

This exciting and innovative program will transform our approach to compliance and enable us to derive the maximum benefit from the data we have available to improve compliance outcomes and protect revenue for the State.

We are looking to hire a Project Officer to help set up and establish the critical program governance needed to ensure we deliver on benefits to the state.

To succeed you will be a strong planner, have exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Exceptional planning skills and the ability to work effectively across a range of stakeholders to help deliver outcomes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to develop accurate content quickly.
  • Experience to operate effectively in a complex, sensitive and changing environment.
  • Strong work ethic with a cando attitude to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, takes initiative to identify problems and complete tasks without requiring instruction from a supervisor.
  • Willingness to understand and grow knowledge on the challenges and issues involved with complex programs.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101947 base plus superannuation
