Retinue, an innovative accounting company that offers bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll, and financial insights services with unlimited support, all for one fixed monthly fee, is seeking a Telesales Manager.

As the Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of telesales representatives focused on lead conversion and booking sales meetings for our business development team.

This position plays a crucial role in Retinue's growth and success as a company that aims to provide better support for small and medium-sized businesses.

With a focus on both team leadership and individual performance coaching, the Telesales Manager will ensure that Retinue's sales team delivers to our mission by creating as many opportunities as possible for our team to showcase our service to business owners.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales team to deliver to daily, weekly and monthly performance targets
  • Execute on a proven sales playbook within a fast growing organisation
  • Monitor sales performance and create early interventions to ensure commitments are met
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members to improve sales skills and product knowledge
  • Lead by example and drive accountability to company behaviours and commitments

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of telesales experience, including 3+ years in a team leadership or management role
  • Experience in B2B sales a must, small business markets highly regarded
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets both individually and leading a team
  • Ability to coach, mentor, hold individuals accountable and lead from the front
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively coach and provide feedback to team members
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to be scrappy and resourceful. Thinking outside of the box to find creative ways to solve problems in a growing organisation

Benefits
- $90,000 base salary (excluding super) + commissions + quarterly performance bonuses
