About the Role
Are you an experienced Customer Service & Sales professional, who thrives working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? If yes, then this role is for you
Some of the specifics- Telstra Store Shop 5012 Westfield Parramatta, Church St, Parramatta NSW 2150- Store Hours: Mon 10:00AM - 4:00PM, Tues, Wed, Fri 9:30AM - 6:00PM, Thurs 9:30AM - 9:00PM, Sat 9:00AM - 6:00PM, Sun 10:00AM - 6:00PM
Duties- Provide quality customer service to all customers- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
Skills and experience- Experience in a customer facing role- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences- Ability to solve complex problems- Effective communication skills- Previous experience in a consultative sales environment is highly advantageous- The ability to speak fluently in another language is highly advantageous
