Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain stakeholder and customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure deliverables are met.
- Coordinate qualification matters related to licensing pathways within the Building and Construction industry by serving as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an understanding of all recognised regulatory qualifications, requirements and pathways for each license class.
- Revise legal instruments and website content to reflect required qualification changes.
- Identify and address any gaps in qualifications and training options.
- Ensure qualification pathways are up to date by engaging closely with subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with external skill and training stakeholders to support and provide insight on proposed legislative changes.
- Engage with technical subject matter experts and other key internal stakeholders to deliver business and project objectives.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and drive complex qualification matters across relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an environment where you'll coordinate critical responses with high attention to detail and balancing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and can effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Capacity to quickly develop a sound knowledge and understanding of the qualifications space within the building and construction industry.
