ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of claims management strategies to improve return to work outcomes, especially in the area complex longterm claims.
  • Demonstrated understanding of change of goal, vocational redeployment and job seeking strategies within the context of workers compensation.
  • A general passion and empathy for working with people recovering from physical and/or psychological injury, complimented with a knowledge of evidencebased treatment practices to aide this.
  • High level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, influence and drive outcomes and to work as part of a team or independently without supervision.
  • Ability to provide high level advice which is consistent with business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrated effective time management, prioritisation and decisionmaking skills using strategic thinking for positive outcomes in Return to Work and Injury Management.
  • An enthusiasm for contributing to a team of diverse skill and backgrounds working together for exceptional delivery of service as a business unit.
