We work closely with some of Australia and New Zealand's largest accident management companies to help recover debt in a timely and cost-effective manner whilst protecting our client's brand reputation.


About the role


You will specialise in achieving and maintaining a high standard of claims settlements with maximum revenue recovery and minimum write-off values.

Using your strong negotiating skills you will manage claims to conclusion or escalation through thorough investigation.

You will be responsible for
Managing a portfolio of recovery files in a timely manner and successfully negotiate commercially beneficial settlement conclusions

  • Investigate all evidential requirements to progress the claim
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximise all settlements and reduce write off values
  • Liaise and negotiate with customers, insurers, legal professionals and any other relevant external or internal stakeholders on issues relating to assessment, management and recovery of claims
  • Maintain a high standard of file quality and general claim administrative duties are completed to the prescribed standard

You will have

  • A customer focussed approach along with a "can do" attitude
  • An eye for detail and effective record keeping
  • Previous experience in debt recovery/collections or experience as a Paralegal
  • Experience in vehicle insurance collections
  • Excellent negotiation, problemsolving and investigation skills
  • Great organisational skills, detailoriented, able to multitask and possess great followup skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and privacy
  • Highly motivated and resultsdriven
