You'll be responsible for

  • Identifying Third Party information to support achievement of recovery outcomes
  • Preparing loss documents and other documents associated with the claims
  • Ensuring a timely and effective response to customer needs and the accurate processing of recovery claims
  • Accurate banking and reconciliation through adherence to Allianz policies and procedures
  • General support to the Recoveries Team

About you

  • Experience working in a fastpaced administrative role which requires accuracy of data
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work comfortably across multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
