THE OPPORTUNITY


The Manager Payroll is responsible for leading and managing team/s that provide a range of employee services, including administration and processing of payroll, leave and employee related entitlements for teaching, non-teaching and/or executives cohorts to meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.

The role also leads the ongoing development of standardised and improved processes and procedures to optimise service delivery.

ABOUT YOU


You have significant experience leading and managing the delivery of a diverse range of payroll and employee related services in a large and complex organisation.

Ideally, you have experience using SAP.

You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to effectively liaise with other key stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes.


In addition, you will have the following:

  • Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent experience.
