We are currently seeking an experienced
Payroll Clerk** to hit the ground running.

This is a full-time position supporting the Payroll Manager in the day-to-day functions of the payroll sections of the business.

Your core responsibilities will be supporting Payroll Manager in a variety of duties including:

  • Processing of the weekly payroll for approximately 150 staff including casuals, part-time, timesheets, terminations etc.
  • Making payments to superannuation funds and ensure compliance with the superannuation guarantee legislation.
  • Calculate and make payments for fringe benefit, superannuation Payroll Tax and Child Support.
  • Customer Service provide payroll information to employees as required.
  • Interpretation and understanding of EBA's legislation and awards.
  • Workers compensation payments and paying annual work cover premiums.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Previous experience in payroll essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in Payroll/Finance highly regarded.
  • A professional and organised approach to your work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Customer Service Focus.
  • Ability to work in a fastmoving environment.
