Job Description:

Our Royal Caninteam is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer, to join our accounts team during a crucial time.

If you are someone who learns quickly and loves building relationships with others, then we have the role for youReporting to the Financial Operations Managerand working with the automated business systems, the Accounts Receivable Officeris responsible for working within the framework of the finance team.

The primary focus of this role is data driven and involves reviewing credit holds, reconciling accounts (particularly those of key customers), following up on overdue accounts, as well as performing other related general accounting functions.

You will act as a point of contact for stakeholder enquiries, forming strong relationships with Royal Caninaccount managers and communicate frequently to ensure efficient customer query resolution.

What will be your key responsibilities? Follow up and allocate payments Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Pursue overdue accounts, via telephone, email and written correspondence where necessary Investigate and resolve customer account enquiries, communicate resolution Assist with Master Data Maintenance, setting up and maintaining of customer and vendor master data Reconcile accounts receivable and send monthly statements Monitor, initiate and apply approved credit limit changes Assist Financial Operations Manager with AR forecast Please note: this position is a 12 month contract What are we looking for?
