Focusing on HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services, fire protection and multi-services installations, they have the reputation of being the place to workThe Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the Accounts Receivable function and ensuring amounts outstanding from debtors are collected within the agreed terms.

Manage customer phone calls and assist with the day to day administration function within the Finance Department.

Responsibilities Include And Not Limited To To manage the Accounts Receivable function within the Finance Department and carry out the general day to day duties.

Data entry of Accounts Receivable receipts into the Management Information System.
Daily Bank Reconciliation (down-loading statements via Internet).
Daily Bank deposits.
Monthly bank reconciliation, Weekly financial report, Debtor follow up.
Credit control.
Filing of Accounts Receivable invoices, general correspondence and subcontractor reports.
Deal with customer telephone queries in a timely manner.
Assist the Finance Manager when required.
Implement the Company's credit policies and account receivables procedures.
Collect the monies due for goods and services rendered.
Maintain records of outstanding debtors and make arrangements for follow up of bad debts.
Identify and act upon opportunities to improve system inefficiencies.

The Candidate:

You have a 'can do' attitude, high attention to detail, are self-motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is essential and previous experience in the Building Services Industry an advantage.

Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office i.e.
Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Access and knowledge of Great Plains will be highly regarded.

You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
